FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What you need to know

1

Will I get a refund if I suddenly can't attend?

We do have a limited refunds policy.

You can refund your ticket up until 60 days BEFORE the event.

However, all of our tickets are transferable at no cost.

You can use the Wicked readers signing group to ‘sell’ your ticket. We ask that you do not sell it for more than it is available on our site.

2

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, tickets are transferable. We do not require that the name shown on the ticket matches the attendee checking in as long as they have the physical ticket on their phone or printed out.

3

Do I need to bring my ticket?

Tickets may be printed or visible on your smart device or identification that matches the purchased ticket(s).

If you purchased for a friend, you can send them the ticket and they won't be ID'd at door if they don't arrive with you.

4

Who must be Ticketed?

Everyone entering the signing. Anyone entering the signing area and/or signing foyer must be ticketed. This includes but is not limited to: spouses, parents, caregivers, friends, etc…

If you need an ADA ticket, please let us know.

5

Are there ID or Minimum age requirements for this event?

All ages are welcome to the event, BUT please remember this is a spicy book signing and your kids might see things you do not want them to such as NSFW, NSFW memorabilia etc.

Please be aware of the sensitive content of this signing.

The SPEAKEASY is 18+ due to the open bar. All underage attendees will be given special wristlets and everyone needs to show ID for drinks.

6

Why is the Speakeasy ticket separate

Due to the open bar venue and other high cost plans such as food, raffles, contests etc...it was decided to make the Speakeasy a separate ticket to keep VIP tickets affordable for everyone and allow General Admission to purchase tickets as well.

7

My VIP ticket doesn't include the cocktail party...can I upgrade?

You can purchase the Speakeasy cocktail ticket separate. It is not included in any VIP ticket.

8

Will the author list change?

Yes. We will be continuously updating the attendee list. It is subject to change at any time. Ticket sales are final regardless of cancellations. Please be prepared for cancellations.

9

What is the Wicked fantasy photo op and how do I sign up?

The wicked fantasy photo op is a chance for you to live out your dream of being the main character in your own romance.

You’ll get the chance to pose with the model(s) of your choice. You can purchase this as an add-on feature on event day.

10

Why does the wicked fantasy photo op cost?

These photos are taken by our wonderful photographer, edited, and stamped with the model(s)s digital signature for you to keep. Not dissimilar to paying for a photo op with your favorite celebrity.

The money gets split between the models, the event, and the photographer for their time and effort.

11

Can I bring food or drink into the signing?

Yes! We will have vendors on site, but you can also bring your own snacks and beverages.

We just ask you keep the food light and lids covered so no accidents happen.

12

Do I need to bring cash?

Many authors will have credit card scanners as well as venmo, cashapp and paypal, but you are highly encouraged to bring cash because some are from overseas and please try to bring small bills as authors can sometimes run out of change.

13

Can I bring my own books?

Please do! As many as you can haul.

14

How many books can an author sign?

There is no set limit for the event. If an author has a limit they plan to set, we will announce it closer to the event.

We strongly suggest that readers who preorder more than 5 books from an author, ask that author to presign them.

15

What will an author sign?

Almost anything you bring with you!

However some authors may have a limit on the number of non-book items that they will sign.

We will update line preferences closer to the event.

16

Will there be a seating diagram shared with attendees?

Yes. We will have a sheet posted 2 weeks before the event.

17

How much is Parking?

There is parking right behind the building and plenty of street parking.

Be on the lookout to see if there are any meters, but most streets don't have them.

18

I saw that there is a parade that day

There is! The daffodil parade.

We've made sure to start the VIP portion of the signing prior to any streets being closed, but we encourage everyone to arrived and find parking early.

This is inconvenient but it was the only way we could hold the event this year in April.
